Dandelion tea, 50 g, Stef Mar Valcea

Ingredients:
Dandelion leaves.

Active principles:
Inulin, tannin resins, mucilages, bitter substance (taraxacin), phytoncides, phytosterols, choline, caffeic acid, specific triterpene alcohols.

Action:
Choleretic-cholagogic; normalizes blood circulation; stimulates salivary, gastrointestinal, hepatic secretions; diuretic; cleansing with massive cholesterol removal; adjuvant of glandular rebalancing.

Major recommendations:
Dyskinesia, cholecystitis, liver failure, painful liver attacks, catarrhal jaundice, constipation due to liver diseases.

Other recommendations:
Internal - circulatory disorders; anorexiadyspepsia; atherosclerosis, kidney diseases; gout, rheumatism; eczema, other skin conditions; obesity; diabetes.
Cosmetic - cleans the skin, removes spots and freckles.

Method of preparation and administration:
Internally - infusion in a cup of 250 ml boiling water, add 1-2 teaspoons of chopped herb, leave covered for 10-15 minutes, drink 2-3 cups a day 30 minutes before meals; macerated cold - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250 ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 2-3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals.
Externally - apply poultices with crushed leaves.

Contraindications:
Do not use dandelion to improve bile secretion without a doctor's recommendation, because the problem may actually be a severe blockage of the bile ducts, a condition for which dandelion is contraindicated.
