Rosemary tea, 50 g, Stef Mar Valcea
Active principles:
Colorless or yellowish volatile oil, terpene, tannin, malic acid, citric acids, ascorbic, flavones and proteolytic enzymes, along with camphor and borneol.
Pharmacological action:
Choleretic, cholagogue, diuretic, antiseptic, emmenagogue, comforting, antigonadotropic.
Recommendations:
Kidney diseases, stomach diseases, dyspepsia, anemia, cardio-articular rheumatism, states of asthenia, stress.
Administration method:
Internally - infusion of a teaspoon of the plant in 200 ml of boiling water; drink 2 cups/day.
External - decoction of 2 teaspoons of the plant in 250 ml of water, boil for 5-10 minutes and use for local and general baths.
