How to use:
Take only once a day after normal brushing and flossing.
Keep in your mouth for at least 10 minutes to allow the active ingredients to perform their beneficial action throughout the oral cavity.
For optimal oral health, continue taking it periodically throughout the year (for 30 or 60 consecutive days) or even daily every day.
