Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; standardized valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.), cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) tit. 33%, polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring: titanium dioxide; vanillin, flavor.

Naturally lactose- free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day, as needed, with half a glass of water.
