Properties:
- the normal formation of collagen in the skin;
- maintaining the health of hair, nails and skin;
- regeneration of the active form from the inactive form of vitamin E (antioxidant role) present in the body;
- formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, reducing fatigue and exhaustion;
- maintaining normal fertility and reproduction.
Active ingredients per capsule:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 60 mg
Iron (Ferronyl) - 18 mg
Zinc (in the form of dihydrate zinc lactate 64,125 mg) - 15 mg
Administration method:
For adults - 1 capsule per day, on an empty stomach (30 minutes before a meal) with a sufficient amount of water, preferably at the same time every day.
