How to use
- For little ones: one teaspoon (approx. 5 g) of Humana instant granular Chamomile extract per 100 ml of water.
- For older children and adults: Adults: 2 teaspoons per 100 ml of water or to taste.
Pour 100 ml of boiled, hot water into the cup.
Add the recommended amount of Humana instant granular Chamomile extract.
Stir and wait for the drink to cool (to approximately 37°C) before consuming it.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
