How to use
We recommend taking one PEAMag 1200 OsReady stick daily for 14 days. Then one PEAMag 600 OsReady stick daily for 28 days. The dose can be adjusted according to your doctor's advice. The PEAMag OsReady stick is orodispersible, so it should be dissolved directly in the mouth, allowing it to mix with saliva before swallowing. If you wish, you can then drink a glass of plain water.
