Description
The cherry pit pillow is an age-old home remedy from Switzerland. It's also known as a dry hot water bottle. When heated in the oven or microwave, the dry cherry pit absorbs heat and releases it directly to the desired area. The cherry pit pillow is also excellent for hand and foot exercises.
For heating, we recommend: in the oven at 150°C for about 8 minutes or in the microwave for about 1.5 minutes at 600 watts.
Caution : Risk of fire if overheated. Do not heat on the grill.
As a cold compress: place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer.
