I started taking this supplement a week ago, mainly to support my joints (I have occasional discomfort) and improve digestion. Here are my first impressions: Easy to take, capsules are small and no unpleasant aftertaste. Improved digestion. Already after 3-4 days I noticed less post-meal bloating (thanks to inulin and Boswellia?). Smoother joints. It's not a miraculous effect, but I feel less stiffness when I wake up.
