Property
HMB (calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate): An amino acid derived from the breakdown of leucine, it has anticatabolic properties. It contributes to the growth of lean muscle mass and stimulates tissue repair.
Phosphatidylserine reduces fatigue and maintains high testosterone levels during training. Reduces cortisol in the blood by 20%. Promotes protein synthesis in muscles and liver, supporting muscle regeneration processes.
Phosphatidylcholine: promotes energy production for the cell by transporting fatty acids to designated sites for their metabolic use.
Cortisol is a steroid hormone known as the "stress hormone" because it increases in situations of physical and psychological stress. It plays a fundamental role in the body and can cause imbalances if levels are too high or too low. The synergistic action of phosphatidylserine and HMB helps to lower and control cortisol levels.
