Description
Class IIa medical device, useful for the treatment, maintenance and physiological control of the cervicovaginal mucosa, to be used in all cases of temporary alteration of the vaginal microbial balance.
Vaginal tablets, indicated as an adjuvant for maintaining the physiological environment of the cervicovaginal mucosa, are useful for the prevention and treatment of cervicovaginal infections and changes that may occur during pregnancy and which may cause premature rupture of membranes, RPM, shortening of the cervix and for the prevention of premature birth.
It might be useful:
- as an adjuvant in the prevention of spontaneous abortion and premature birth;
- as an adjunct in preventing the increased risk of spontaneous abortion associated with invasive procedures, such as amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling;
- as a useful adjuvant treatment in the prevention of premature birth in the presence of reduced cervicometry or cervicometry that does not correspond to the gestational period;
- as an adjuvant in the prevention and treatment of female infertility.

How to use
After washing your hands thoroughly, remove a single tablet from the blister. Gently insert the tablet into the vagina, as deep as possible. To facilitate insertion of the vaginal tablet, it is recommended to lie supine with your legs slightly bent. Treatment should be started and stopped appropriately between menstrual periods or as recommended by your doctor.
As a treatment to maintain and control the physiological environment of the cervicovaginal mucosa and in particular for the prevention and treatment of cervicovaginal infections: it is recommended to use 1 vaginal tablet per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime, for 7 consecutive days or as directed by your doctor.
As an adjunct in the prevention of spontaneous abortion and premature birth: it is recommended to use 1 vaginal tablet per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime, for 7 consecutive days each month, from the beginning of pregnancy until the 37th week or as directed by your doctor.
As an adjunct in preventing the increased risk of spontaneous abortion associated with invasive procedures, such as amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling: it is recommended to use one vaginal tablet on the day of the examination and continue subsequent applications every 12 hours until the foil is used up.
As a useful adjuvant treatment for the prevention of premature birth in the presence of a reduced cervicometry or one that does not correspond to the gestational period: it is recommended to use 1 vaginal tablet per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime, for 21 consecutive days, repeatable, until the fortieth week or as directed by the doctor.
As an adjunct in the prevention and treatment of female infertility: it is recommended to use 1 vaginal tablet per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime, for 7 consecutive days in repeatable cycles or as directed by your doctor.

Lactoferrin (300 mg), microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, croscarmellose carboxymethylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, HPMC, glycerol, silicon dioxide.

warnings
The product is intended for vaginal use. Do not ingest. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any of the components of the product. May contain lactose. There are no studies available on the use of the vaginal tablet in combination with local pharmacological therapies. The product is not intended for pediatric use. Treatment should be initiated and stopped appropriately between menstruations or as directed by a doctor. The maximum duration of continuous treatment is 30 days. Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may cause local sensitization or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or not perfectly intact when first opened. Use the product according to the instructions for use. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the packaging.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or incompatible with any of the product's components. Tests conducted to date on the product have not revealed any sensitization or other side effects. If you experience persistent discomfort, consult a doctor.

Conservation
Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. The indicated expiration date refers to the intact and properly stored product.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.

Blister with 7 vaginal tablets of 0.9 g each.
