Pharmadoct Sport nasal plasters

Pharmadoct Sport nasal strips help relieve breathing problems caused by a blocked nose and make breathing easier. They can also reduce snoring. The strip should be applied to the nose before going to bed, during the day, or before sporting activities. It is important not to wear the strip for more than 12 hours a day. If skin irritation occurs, it should be removed immediately.

Important usage instructions

• Before use, thoroughly clean and dry the skin of the nose.
• Remove the plaster from the packaging and remove the protective film.
• Stick it on your nose and wait until it adheres firmly.
• Carefully peel off when washing your face or showering with warm water.
