Ingredients: Fish collagen peptides, natural lemon flavor, acidity regulator: citric acid, maltodextrin, L-ascorbic acid, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

Daily serving: 1 tablespoon (12 g) per day. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of powder in 200 ml of water. We recommend taking the product in the morning.
