How to use:

• Adults and children over 2 years of age: brush your teeth thoroughly after each meal or at least twice a day, unless your dentist recommends otherwise.
• Children under 6 years of age should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and be supervised by an adult during brushing and rinsing.
