It provides a complex of ingredients that build the musculoskeletal system and support its regeneration, such as vitamins C and D. The product is based on hydrolyzed type I collagen, which has a very high biological value.

FLEX Xtra ingredients and their effects:

Collagen hydrolyzate - Collagen is the most common protein in the body. It builds not only bones, joints, and tendons, but also hair, skin, and nails. Due to its wide range of occurrence and functions, collagen has several types that differ in structure (specific amino acids) and properties such as strength and elasticity. Type I collagen occurs in the hard yet flexible structures of the musculoskeletal system, so supplementing peptides from a similar source allows you to provide the exact amino acids your body needs to repair damage. FLEX Xtra provides just such ingredients! Hydrolyzed collagen is a blend of peptides, pre-decomposed collagen protein in a way that makes it very easily absorbed and significantly higher in biological value.

Glucosamine sulfate – Glucosamine is a component of synovial fluid whose biological role is to participate in the formation of glycosaminoglycans, which play a very active role in cartilage regeneration. Supplementation with glucosamine in the sulfate form is significantly more effective, and it is this form of glucosamine that the medical world attributes the most important role to.

Chondroitin sulfate – Chondroitin is also a component of synovial fluid, responsible for reducing friction between the hard elements of joints.
