The high content of vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of bones and cartilage. At the same time, vitamin D and zinc contribute to maintaining healthy bones. Vitamin C combined with vitamin A, D, zinc and selenium support the proper functioning of the immune system. Ingredients such as iodine, pantothenic acid, magnesium, manganese and copper play a role in maintaining proper energy metabolism. In addition, zinc helps maintain proper metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids. At the same time, zinc in combination with magnesium plays a role in maintaining the proper synthesis of proteins, and folate supports the correct synthesis of amino acids. B vitamins (B6, B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin) contribute to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.
