How to use
Take one capsule daily, in the morning, during sun exposure, starting at least 15 days before the first exposure. The capsules should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Each capsule may contain up to 12.5 mg of EGCG. Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are under 18 years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours. When exposed to the sun, use a topical sunscreen suitable for your skin type.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
