Properties:
As the name suggests, sweet peppermint oil is more delicate, milder in action than peppermint oil. While peppermint is an expert in respiratory diseases, sweet mint acts more effectively on the digestive and nervous systems. Due to the mildness of the action and the pleasant aroma, sweet mint is much more used as a spice or food additive. Interestingly, most chewing gum is based on the volatile sweet peppermint oil, which so far has not been successfully imitated by any synthetic substance. But, let's find out more about the therapeutic effects of sweet peppermint oil.

Actions:
Internal: carminative (reduces intestinal gases), gastrointestinal sedative, anti-diarrheal, digestive antiseptic, digestive antispasmodic, antiemetic (anti-emetic), emmenagogue, general antispastic, headache reliever.
External: mental relaxant, muscle relaxant, mild brain activity stimulant.

Ingredients:
Sweet mint (Mentha viridis), 100% essential oil.

Administration method:
Take 3-4 drops, 2 times a day. Each dose is previously dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or a quarter of a teaspoon of edible oil.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the indicated dose and do not administer undiluted. It is administered only diluted in honey or edible oil, not in water.

Contraindications:
Do not administer to people allergic to plants from Fam. Lamiaceae (Labiatae).
