Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 and Weleda Aufbaukalk 2 form a unit: Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 is taken in the morning, and Weleda Aufbaukalk 2 is taken in the evening, to promote healthy bone and tooth formation. The special medicinal compositions of Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 and 2 are not "calcium" supplements in the conventional sense. They are not intended as dietary supplements, but rather help the body to better absorb and process the substances ingested through food.

Instructions for use:

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 and 2 are taken alternately: The dosing notch on the top of the screw cap is used to measure the individual dose (approx. 0.2 g). Take one dose of Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 in the morning and one dose of Weleda Aufbaukalk 2 in the evening. The powder should be swallowed with some liquid.
