Femibion 2 is specially formulated to meet the needs of the body during pregnancy and childbirth. In addition to folic acid, it also contains Metafolin – a form of folic acid that is directly available to the body without needing to be converted.
One tablet provides valuable micronutrients:
- 400 μg folate (folic acid + Metafolin): The human body needs folate for cell division (growth processes). Metafolin is a premium form of folic acid developed and patented by Merck, which can be optimally utilized by almost all women. It supports the healthy development of the baby during pregnancy.
- B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
- 800 IU (20 μg) of vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system and cell division.
- 200 mg DHA: This omega-3 fatty acid is one of the most important polyunsaturated fatty acids during pregnancy.
- 150 μg of iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones.
Femibion 2 is gluten-free, lactose-free and free of preservatives.
It enables a rapid increase in folate levels, supports adequate folate supply and the increased vitamin requirement.
Contents: The package contains 112 capsules and 112 tablets. This provides you with a 16-week supply of Femibion 2.
