SFD FOR STRONG JOINTS is a food supplement in the form of tablets containing, among others: hydrolyzed collagen, plant extracts, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. The daily dose of 4 tablets contains 800 mg of hydrolyzed collagen.

Collagen is a protein that occurs naturally in the human body. It is the main component of connective tissue, joints, bones, tendons, hair and nails. Collagen in the form of hydrolyzate, i.e. after breaking down into collagen peptides, is easily absorbed in the intestines.

Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.

Frankincense extract is a substance obtained from the resin of the frankincense tree, used in medicine and cosmetology. It has a beneficial effect on the musculoskeletal system and supports joint flexibility.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of synovial fluid that contributes to the proper functioning of joints, bones and connective tissue. Hyaluronic acid makes the synovial fluid viscous and allows it to nourish the cartilage. It also helps increase skin elasticity.

Glucosamine is a natural ingredient found in joint and cartilage tissues that plays an important role in maintaining their health and function. Glucosamine helps rebuild joint cartilage, which can relieve joint pain and stiffness.

Chondroitin is a mucopolysaccharide that is one of the most important components of articular cartilage. Improves skin elasticity, chondroitin affects collagen production, which is necessary to maintain skin elasticity. Chondroitin supplementation can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve the overall appearance of the skin.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulfur compound. Sulfur participates in the synthesis of collagen and keratin. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it protects damaged cartilage against free radicals while reducing pain. MSM is also recommended to improve the condition of hair, skin and nails.
