Ginger has gastric juice stimulation properties, helps to eliminate toxins, is used against stomach pains, indigestion, flatulence (abdominal bloating), diarrhea, but also in the case of liver pain.

It contributes to the burning of fats, respectively it is indicated in slimming belts. It is a good immunostimulator, antiseptic, antiviral in bronchitis, angina, bronchial asthma accompanied by dry cough. Administration:

• The infusion is prepared from 1/2 teaspoon of grated grated ginger root, infused in 250 ml of boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Then add a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of honey.

Ginger is contraindicated in gastric and duodenal ulcers, acute inflammatory diseases, fever, allergies, gallstones and kidney stones, pregnant or lactating women.
