Description

“Digestive problems (e.g. occasional diarrhea), antibiotics and changes in eating habits are some of the most common factors that cause an imbalance in the intestinal flora of young children. Probiotic strains of microorganisms, when kept alive, active and administered in adequate amounts, provide beneficial effects to babies and young children by balancing the intestinal microbiota or intestinal flora and allowing for normal digestive function. PRODEFEN Drops contain seven probiotic strains that naturally reside in the gut, including Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, one of the most researched strains, with numerous published clinical studies and scientific literature and widely recommended by Scientific Society guidelines. PRODEFEN Drops also include the child-specific strain, Biliobacterium infantis, which is commonly found in the intestinal tract of infants.”

Composition

Composition: Ingredients: medium chain triglyceride oil, probiotic strains (Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium breve) and fructooligosaccharides. Average content per daily dose (10 drops): Fructooligosaccharides: 3 mg. Probiotic strains (min. 1x10⁹ CFU*): Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium breve. *CFU: Colony Forming Units

Instructions for use

Recommended daily dose: Take 10 drops daily during or after meals. The product can be used directly or, if preferred, mixed with a liquid food at room temperature. Shake the bottle well before each use.
