- Composition: Tiliae flos cum bracteis (linden flowers).
- Indications: Recommended in the treatment of cold, fever, cough, insomnia, against nausea, indigestion and for food use.
- Contraindications: None.
- Method of administration: Add a tea bag to 200 ml of hot water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. It is used sweetened to taste. Drink 2-3 teas a day.
