Holle Potito Mixed Vegetables is a food product designed primarily to complement the diet of babies 6 months and older. It is formulated with a variety of vegetables, grown using organic and biodynamic farming methods. It contains no added salts or sugars, nor thickeners, colorings, or flavorings; only those naturally present in the formula's components.

It is rich in both macro and micronutrients essential for proper infant development. It has a thicker consistency than other fruit and vegetable purees.

It is specifically designed to diversify and increase the range of flavors available to babies from 6 or 8 months old, depending on how well the baby is adapted to a solid diet.

This food product can be used in various ways, including mixing it with other foods to add variety to your baby's diet. Here are some recommended methods for its consumption:

The first and simplest, but no less recommended, method is to heat an appropriate amount of puree in a bain-marie, stir it well, and let it cool until it reaches a suitable temperature for the baby to consume.
By combining it with vegetable oils, such as olive oil and others. Add one or two tablespoons of the oil to the amount of puree you are going to give the baby and repeat the first method.
It is primarily recommended for gradually introducing solid foods and new flavors to your baby's palate. It is advisable to start by offering a few spoonfuls at a time, allowing them to adjust to the new tastes. If you do not use the entire contents of the container, it can be refrigerated for up to two days, during which time it is guaranteed that none of its properties will be lost.

Do not heat large quantities of the product, as it is not recommended to re-store or refrigerate it, since the product will not retain its properties.
