How to use
Recommended dose and method of use: 1 sachet per day. Open the sachet and swallow the contents directly into the mouth or dissolve it in a glass of water (approximately 150 ml). Preferably take during meals.

Conservation
The product contains probiotics, which are sensitive to heat.
