It is recommended to take during the day or evening when you need rest or sleep. The recommended dosage is 2 to 6 tablets per day, which would provide approximately 400 to 1,200 mg of valerian.

• In cases of stress, anxiety or nervousness that has been bothering you for several days, it is recommended to take two tablets three times a day. This treatment should be followed for several days, until the sensation disappears.
• To promote sleep and rest at night, it is recommended to take 2 tablets approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
• If the discomfort is temporary or recent, it is advisable to take 2 tablets as soon as you feel the first symptoms. If you do not feel completely relieved, take another 2 tablets after a few hours.

Avoid exceeding the maximum dose of 6 tablets per day.
