Food supplement containing 100% magnesium bisglycinate, an organic form of magnesium with high gastrointestinal tolerability.
Magnesium is an essential constituent of living cells. It helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain healthy bones and teeth. It physiologically contributes to electrolyte balance, efficient energy metabolism, proper functioning of the nervous system, muscle function, protein synthesis, psychological function and participates in the process of cell division.

How to use
