How to use:
Suitable for children over 3 years old, adults, suitable for vegetarians. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your doctor.
Bath - add 250g of magnesium flakes to a tub of water. Relax for 20 minutes. For a more intense experience you can increase the dose.
Foot bath - add 150g of magnesium flakes to about 5 litres of water. Relax for 20 minutes.
It is recommended that the magnesium bath become a ritual, a moment of relaxation, 2-3 times a week.

Precautions:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken skin or open wounds. Keep out of reach of children. You may experience a tingling sensation on your skin upon first use. This may indicate low magnesium levels in your body and is a result of magnesium being rapidly absorbed through your pores. Over time, the sensation will subside as absorption occurs immediately.
