Composition:
Golden flax flour, obtained by slowly grinding golden flax seeds on a traditional mill with stones. Through slow grinding, the nutritional value of the flour obtained is superior to that of industrially ground flour.
Active principles:
Omega 3, dietary fibers, mucilages, lipids, proteins, glucose, potassium salts, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, folic acid, phytoestrogens, plant hormones.
Does not contain gluten.
Way of ussage:
3 tablespoons per day is recommended. It is used in cures or culinary preparations such as sauces, yogurt, salads or mixed with honey.
Ideal for athletes, vegetarians, vegans, paleolithic diet.
