KERRASOL Wound Spray Gel – moist wound environment to support healing

KERRASOL Wound Spray Gel is a hydrogel for the simple and rapid moistening of wounds and for supporting the natural wound healing process. It forms a protective film in the wound, keeps the wound area moist for an extended period, and thus creates an ideal environment for wound healing. Application is non-irritating, non-causing, and virtually painless. Thanks to the broad-spectrum preservative it contains, wounds are decontaminated in a non-specific manner, and unpleasant wound odors are reliably eliminated.

Properties and effects

The wound spray gel remains in the wound as a hydrogel after application, thus specifically supporting moist wound healing. The moist environment and protective film promote the natural wound healing process. The preservative sodium hypochlorite is broadly effective against bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and MRSA/MRE, as well as against viruses and fungi, enabling non-specific wound decontamination. At the same time, unpleasant wound odors are quickly and reliably reduced.

Application

Due to its properties, KERRASOL wound spray gel can be easily and quickly sprayed directly onto the affected wound area without any additional tools. It is designed for the long-term moisturizing and maintenance of wound moisture and can be used for extended periods as there is no limit to the duration of application.
