Description
Melatonin Viti
Retard
1 mg melatonin supplement with prolonged release of melatonin for 6 hours.
It also contains Vitamin B6.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
How to use
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a little water, to be taken half an hour before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
