I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. The product arrived with the front seal broken, which I reported immediately.

After I contacted customer support and explained the problem, they refused to send me a new product as a replacement. The only solution offered was to return the product, get a refund, then place another order and wait another 14 days or so for delivery.

Considering that this is my child’s food, I don’t think this solution is at all reasonable. If the product arrived unsealed, I believe they should have taken responsibility for the situation and immediately sent a new, safe, and properly sealed product—not made me return it, reorder, and wait another two weeks.

A very unpleasant experience, especially for a product as important as infant formula.

Am rămas foarte dezamăgită de modul în care a fost gestionată această situație. Produsul a ajuns cu partea frontală desigilată, lucru pe care l-am semnalat imediat. După ce am contactat serviciul de suport și le-am explicat problema, nu au dorit să îmi trimită un produs nou în schimb. Singura soluție oferită a fost să returnez produsul, să primesc banii înapoi, apoi să plasez o altă comandă și să aștept din nou până la aproximativ 14 zile pentru livrare. Având în vedere că vorbim despre hrana copilului meu, nu mi se pare deloc normală această soluție. Dacă produsul a ajuns desigilat, consider că ar fi trebuit să își asume situația și să trimită imediat un produs nou, sigur și sigilat corespunzător, nu să mă pună să fac retur, să comand din nou și să aștept încă două săptămâni. Experiență foarte neplăcută, mai ales pentru un produs atât de important precum laptele praf pentru un copil.
