Ingredients: beef collagen (collagen peptides), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).

Daily Portion:

1. Pour 1 serving (2 flat measuring cups) into a dry container.2. Add 200 ml of water or other drink and mix.

Note - follow the brewing order to dissolve the powder well. Consume once a day during a meal. Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
