Description
Medical device, ready-to-drink suspension in single-dose sachets for oral administration.
DiosmectalGo is indicated for:
- treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age. In children, to avoid dehydration, treatment of acute diarrhea should be accompanied by the administration of oral rehydration solutions;
- treatment of chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain in adults.
The main component of diosmectalGo is diosmectite.
Diosmectite is a natural clay that helps stop and treat diarrhea and relieve abdominal pain.
It has been demonstrated that:
- binds to toxins and germs and helps eliminate them from the body;
- protects the intestinal tract and helps repair intestinal damage.
Diosmectite provides effective relief and reduces symptoms associated with diarrhea, as demonstrated by clinical studies.

How to use
Ready-to-drink suspension indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age.
Adults and children over 15 years of age: 2 sachets to start, followed by 1 sachet with each loose stool, up to 6 sachets per day.
Children (8-15 years): 2 sachets to start, followed by 1 sachet with each loose stool, up to 4 sachets per day.
To replace fluids lost due to diarrhea and prevent dehydration, an oral rehydration solution (ORS) should be administered.
You can use diosmectalGo for up to 3 days. If diarrhea persists for more than 3 days, consult your doctor.
Treatment of chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain in adults. Up to 3 sachets per day. Without medical advice, diosmectalGo can only be used for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Lemon-mint flavor, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, hydrochloric acid, potassium sorbate, sucralose, purified water.

warnings
Do not take diosmectalGo:
• if you are allergic to diosmectite or any of the other ingredients;
• if it is for a child under 8 years old with acute diarrhea;
• if it is for a child with chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain.
Do not try to treat symptoms yourself and seek medical attention immediately if:
• diarrhea is accompanied by high temperature, chills or repeated vomiting;
• you have signs of dehydration (intense thirst, dry tongue, fatigue and persistent loss of appetite);
• the stool contains blood or mucus;
• diarrhea is accompanied by sudden weight loss;
• diarrhea occurs during or after antibiotic treatment;
• you have any known immunodeficiencies or are currently undergoing treatment that suppresses the body's immune system (immunosuppressive treatment or cancer treatment);
• if you have recently returned from a trip to a tropical country.
Do not continue diarrhea treatment and consult your doctor if:
• does not improve or worsens after the recommended duration of treatment;
• diarrhea recurs frequently or you have alternating episodes of diarrhea and constipation.
In children, diosmectalGo should be used in combination with an oral rehydration solution (ORS) to replace fluids lost due to diarrhea and prevent dehydration.
