Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the normal functioning of the nervous, muscular and skeletal systems.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Dosage and method of use: 1 film-coated tablet per day, after a meal. In special situations, 2 film-coated tablets per day can be administered.
