How to use
Mix 5 g (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day with approximately 200 ml of water, fruit juice, etc. and drink immediately. The beneficial effect of glucomannan is obtained by a daily intake of 3 g in three doses of 1 g, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
