WHOLE SEEDSHow to use:
- decoction: the contents of 2 tablespoons grated in half a liter of cold water.
Then simmer slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain (sweeten with honey, if desired), drink in one gulp.
- Infusion: the contents of a grated spoon in a teacup, pour boiling water over it, then leave to infuse under a lid for 20-30 minutes.
