Apple cider vinegar and its effects
Apple cider vinegar is a variety of vinegar produced in the process of acetic fermentation of cider, that is, fermented juice from ripe apples without added sugar. Fermentation takes place with the participation of bacteria belonging to the Acetobacter family. Pure apple cider vinegar has a characteristic golden color and an apple smell.
